We mostly use the plastic membrane and cavity drainage system. This system offers advantages over traditional cement slurries or bitumen coatings. The plastic membrane is not affected by salts or vibration. The membrane can be either plastered or dry-lined onto metal studs.

Structural waterproofing is usually carried out on the external walls of the basement or cellar below ground. Older properties that have solid brickwork are prone to penetrating moisture from rain water or general weathering. Anglian Preservation provide specialist waterproof rendering; epoxy resin coatings.

A full back-up building service is provided with electrical, carpentry, structural, heating, final decorating, if required.
